Public Finance Accountant

Job description

We are seeking a General Accountant to perform accounting tasks. The role involves recording daily accounting transactions, preparing journal entries, accruals, and prepayments, and ensuring the accuracy of general ledger accounts. Responsibilities also include reconciling bank, customer, and vendor accounts, supporting payment and receipt activities, and verifying invoices and supporting documents and payment requests before processing

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• 1 year of experience
• membership in the Saudi Organization for Certified Public Accountants (SOCPA)
• proficiency in English
• proficiency in recording daily accounting transactions
• preparing journal entries, accruals, and prepayments
• maintaining general ledger accounts
• reconciling bank, customer, and vendor accounts
• supporting payment and receipt activities
