Construction Engineer - Fit-out & Finishing

Job description

We are seeking a Construction Engineer - Fit-out & Finishing to work in the construction sector - Riyadh. The main tasks and responsibilities include overseeing the execution of fit-out projects, reviewing shop drawings, coordinating between fit-out and MEP works, managing subcontractors and labor, and preparing technical reports

Requirements

• Saudi nationality
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Architectural Engineering
• active membership in the Saudi Engineers Authority
• 2-5 years of experience in managing and executing fit-out and interior finishing projects
• proficiency in reading and checking shop drawings
• proficient in using AutoCAD
• good knowledge of planning and project management software such as MS Project or Primavera and Microsoft Office programs
• wide familiarity with fit-out materials specifications, installation methods, and relevant Saudi building code standards
• strong skills in site management, team leadership, and coordination with subcontractors
• attention to architectural details and finishing quality
• excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• excellent English language skills
• ability to work under pressure and as part of a team
• good time management and prioritization skills.
