We are looking for an exceptionally talented Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our site-based construction supervision team on a major public realm development in Diriyah. The objective of this program is to create a vibrant, inclusive environment that enhances livability, accessibility, and community well-being. You will prepare accurate cost estimates, budgets, and forecasts for construction projects, analyze project costs, and identify opportunities for cost savings. You will also monitor and control project expenditures, prepare tender documents, and negotiate contracts.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, or a related field · Proven experience in quantity surveying, preferably with exposure to PMC roles · Strong knowledge of cost estimation, tendering, and contract administration · Familiarity with design review processes and ability to identify cost implications · Proficiency in relevant software (e.g., AutoCAD, MS Excel, cost management tools) · Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills · Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment · Knowledge of local building codes and regulations · Certification in RICS (Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors) or equivalent is a plus · Experience working on large-scale construction projects · 5+ years of experience
