Civil Engineer

Job description

Your role is to oversee design validation, site execution, and quality assurance of large‑scale infrastructure assets in Tabuk, Saudi Arabia. Supervise daily heavy civil works including bulk earthworks, deep grading, road networks, and utility installations. Review contractor shop drawings, material submittals, and method statements to identify constructability issues. Conduct site inspections, witness compaction testing, and verify concrete pouring preparations. Track contractor performance against the baseline schedule and report accurate field progress. Enforce strict health, safety, and environmental standards in a demanding desert environment. Willingness to relocate to Tabuk and work full‑time is required.

Requirements

• Minimum 7 years of civil engineering experience
• Proficient in international standards (ASTM, AASHTO, ACI)
• Strong knowledge of grading plans, utility profiles, and geotechnical reports
• Excellent technical English communication (written and verbal)
• Hands‑on site supervision and quality control of heavy works such as earthworks, roads, and utilities
• Ability to review contractor drawings, material submissions, and method statements
• Experience in progress and variance tracking against schedules
• Proficient in applying HSE standards in desert conditions
• Willingness to relocate to Tabuk and work full‑time
• Preferred experience on large Saudi giga‑projects (e.g., NEOM, Trojena, Red Sea Global).
