Senior Architect Engineer

Job description

The Senior Architect Engineer will oversee and coordinate all architectural and construction activities for the Roshn 1B project. The role involves early-stage construction planning, site preparation, technical coordination, quality management, and direct supervision of on-site activities. Supports the Senior Resident Engineer in constructability reviews, material availability assessments, and initial site investigations with contractors. Provides construction input for Project Procedures and the Project Quality Plan. Develops site infrastructure requirements, prepares field staffing schedules, job descriptions, and equipment analyses. Mobilizes to site ahead of construction to supervise temporary facilities and essential services. Establishes and manages field operations in line with project contracts and the employer standards. Leads on-site construction activities ensuring adherence to time, quality, and cost objectives. Conducts weekly progress and technical meetings to review advancement and address issues. Works with the Senior Resident Engineer to ensure adequate staffing for Field Control/Report systems. Prepares daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports. Reviews contractor progress and completion reports, supports evaluation of contractor claims, and reviews contractor valuations. Prepares project close-out reports upon handover. Performs any additional duties outlined in the Construction Division Manual

Requirements

• 10–12 years of relevant professional experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Architectural Engineering, or a related field
• Strong technical understanding of construction processes and architectural design
• Excellent communication, coordination, and leadership skills.
