Job description

Leads RYM's growth and operational excellence across the GCC by scaling supply (equipment owners) and demand (contractors). Responsibilities: Own strategy, market expansion and full P&L profitability; Build and lead sales, vendor acquisition and operations teams; Scale supply including contractors, equipment owners, dealers, OEMs; Expand demand through construction companies, megaprojects, government tenders; Develop pricing models, commission tiers, asset utilization metrics; Improve fulfillment rates, reduce downtime and guarantee service; Partner with product team to enhance digital booking, tracking, verification and safety compliance; Establish strong vendor SLAs and contractor service standards; Forge strategic alliances with logistics, insurance and maintenance providers; Represent RYM with regulators, industrial zones, EPCs and contractors; Hire, train and retain high‑performing teams in multiple markets and provide execution‑focused leadership

Requirements

• 8+ years experience in heavy‑equipment rental, construction logistics or machinery marketplace
• Proven success scaling operations and commercial revenue
• Strong network with EPCs, contractors and industrial suppliers
• Tech‑savvy with marketplace experience (preferred)
• GCC experience a must
