Role: Security Delivery Associate Manager. Responsibilities: • Lead and oversee the daily operations of cybersecurity engineering functions. • Design and implement effective security measures to protect sensitive data and systems. • Drive cyber transformation initiatives aimed at improving the security posture of the organization. • Develop and maintain security policies, procedures, and standards to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. • Lead incident response efforts and ensure timely remediation of identified vulnerabilities and risks. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate security measures into operational processes and new technology deployments. • Present progress reports and operational status to clients, ensuring alignment with security objectives and business goals. • Ensure the availability, integrity, and confidentiality of critical services and infrastructure. • Stay updated on the latest cybersecurity threats, trends, and technologies, and proactively recommend improvements.

Requirements

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in cybersecurity operations, engineering, and transformation.
• Proven expertise in managing and securing systems within the domains of network security, endpoint security, vulnerability management, and IAM.
• Strong leadership skills with experience in managing and mentoring cybersecurity teams.
• In-depth understanding of security frameworks and regulatory requirements.
• Hands-on experience with security tools and platforms such as firewalls, Proxy, Email Gateways, EDR solutions, SIEM, IAM platforms, and vulnerability management systems.
• Ability to work with clients to present security operations reports, resolve security concerns, and provide strategic recommendations.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and experience with incident management and response.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to present technical content to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a dynamic environment.
