Job description

the employer is developing a major public realm project in Diriyah featuring iconic parks, open spaces, and over 55 km of streetscape to create a vibrant, inclusive environment that enhances livability, accessibility, and community well‑being. Responsibilities: attend contractor inspection requests and act promptly; review shop drawings against contract drawings, specifications, local codes and international best practices; report non‑conforming work to stakeholders; monitor daily quality and progress; maintain daily activity records and progress photos; prepare surveillance and non‑conformance reports; ensure effective coordination among disciplines; provide technical input to resolve discipline‑related issues; inspect works for compliance with approved methods and contract requirements; keep inspection records; assist in measuring work when required; observe site safety procedures.

Requirements

• Degree in Landscape Architecture
• 7+ years of direct landscape experience
• good English communication skills
