BIM Coordinator - Architect

Job description

Play a critical role in developing, coordinating, and managing Building Information Modeling (BIM) for luxury construction projects within a Project Management Consultancy environment. Create and update detailed 3D architectural and structural models using Autodesk Revit and other BIM tools. Ensure models align with luxury design standards, integrating high-end materials and bespoke elements. Facilitate coordination among architecture, structure, MEP, civil, and interior design teams and attend coordination meetings to resolve model conflicts. Conduct clash detection with Navisworks, providing BIM‑based solutions to avoid delays. Generate architectural and structural drawings, schedules, and reports from the BIM model, complying with luxury standards, local regulations, and international codes. Implement BIM quality control procedures and monitor compliance with execution plans and ISO 19650. Identify design risks early and work with project management to mitigate them. Provide training and technical support to teams and stay updated on the latest BIM technologies for luxury projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Structural Engineering or related field
• 13-15 years of BIM management experience
• at least 10 years on high‑end luxury building projects
• advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks and other BIM software
• strong understanding of building systems, materials and high‑end finishes
• experience in clash detection, model coordination and detailed drawing production
• excellent coordination and communication skills in multidisciplinary teams
• detail‑oriented with a keen eye for luxury aesthetics
• ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deliver precise results under tight deadlines
• BIM management or Autodesk Revit certification preferred
• experience in PMC environments on large‑scale luxury residential, commercial or hospitality projects
• knowledge of sustainable building practices and green technology integration
