Job description

Join a landmark giga‑project shaping Saudi Arabia's future. Responsible for operating and maintaining the project's main electrical supply network. Oversees power distribution, sub‑transmission and related assets including transformers, substations and switchgear. Ensures service continuity, emergency supply solutions and infrastructure reliability.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Power Engineering
• Chartered or Professional Engineer registration preferred
• certification in electrical safety, asset or facilities management
• minimum 20 years progressive experience in power operations
• proficiency in managing transformers, primary and secondary substations
• knowledge of protection systems and switchgear
• experience with Saudi Electricity Company relationships
• proficiency in medium‑ and high‑voltage interface management
• expertise in preventive‑maintenance strategy development
• proficiency in maintaining asset registers and single‑line diagrams
• knowledge of isolation, switching and emergency procedures
• experience leading multidisciplinary teams
• proficiency in performance reporting and reliability metrics.
