Senior Project Quality Specialist

Job description

The role supports implementation, monitoring and continuous improvement of the Project Quality Management System across airport, infrastructure and airfield projects. Provides specialist quality support to Engineering, Construction, Procurement, Commissioning and Project Management teams to ensure compliance with approved quality requirements, contracts, specifications, standards and client expectations. Responsibilities include reviewing quality procedures and documents, conducting inspections, preparing reports, performing internal and external audits, coordinating documentation and delivering performance dashboards.

Requirements

• Proficient in supporting implementation and maintenance of the Project Quality Management System
• proficient in monitoring compliance with the Project Quality Plan and procedures
• experience reviewing Inspection and Test Plans, method statements and technical documentation
• knowledge of preparing audit reports and corrective/preventive actions
• minimum 10 years experience in project quality management
• proficient in developing and analyzing quality performance indicators and dashboards
• knowledge of engineering and design quality requirements
• proficient in assessing contractor and supplier quality management systems
• Saudi national
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, Construction Management or related field
