This role requires strategic governance of a massive solid waste infrastructure portfolio, with a focus on sustainable data-driven capital portfolio management. Responsibilities include capital planning, digital system integration, financial cross-charging, and stage-gate assurance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental Engineering, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a highly relevant quantitative technical asset management discipline from an accredited institution
• Master’s Degree in Engineering Management, Asset Management, Sustainable Infrastructure, or an MBA from a globally recognized institution is highly preferred
• Professional Certifications: Mandatory possession of senior professional credentials, such as Certified Asset Management Assessor (CAMA), Institute of Asset Management (IAM) Diploma, Chartered Waste Manager, or Chartered/Professional Engineer (CEng/PE)
• Minimum of 20+ years of progressive, distinguished leadership experience in infrastructure asset management, municipal engineering finance, or large-scale utility operations
• At least 8 years in a senior executive or director-level capacity, directly managing multi-disciplinary asset portfolios and multi-million-dollar infrastructure operating and capital budgets (OPEX/CAPEX)
• Proven track record of spearheading the operational handover, technical integration, and lifecycle modeling of giga-scale automated vacuum waste systems, regional recycling hubs, or city-wide smart utility networks.
