The Opportunity: Join EY's Climate Change and Sustainability Services practice in Saudi Arabia. Lead sustainability and ESG transformation programs for government entities, sovereign wealth portfolios, public institutions, and leading private sector organizations. Oversee engagement quality, risk management, commercial performance, and client satisfaction. Provide strategic guidance on sustainability strategy, ESG governance, climate risk, decarbonization, sustainability reporting, and regulatory requirements. Drive revenue growth and market expansion by identifying opportunities, developing proposals, and responding to RFPs. Lead multidisciplinary teams, mentor managers, and foster collaboration across MENA and global sustainability teams. Represent EY at industry events, share market insights, and contribute to sustainability research.

Requirements

• 12–15+ years of relevant professional experience
• significant experience in sustainability, ESG, climate change, public sector transformation or strategy consulting
• proven track record leading complex consulting engagements and managing senior client relationships
• demonstrated business development and sales experience with revenue responsibility
• Bachelor's degree in Sustainability, Environmental Sciences, Engineering, Economics, Business, Public Policy, Finance or related field
• Master's degree preferred
• professional sustainability credentials (GRI, ISSB, SASB/FSA, TCFD, GHG Protocol, CFA ESG, LEED) desirable
• expertise in sustainability strategy and ESG transformation
• knowledge of climate risk and decarbonization
• program and project leadership experience
• government and public sector experience
• executive stakeholder management skills
• commercial acumen and market development
• proposal and pursuit leadership
• team leadership and coaching ability
• strong communication and presentation skills
• Arabic and English proficiency preferred
