Join EY in Riyadh to support the growth of our sustainability practice, with a particular focus on Energy and Industrials. You will work across a range of sustainability themes, helping clients understand complex challenges, shape practical solutions, and translate emerging needs into well-defined projects. The role is suited to a commercially minded sustainability professional who can combine technical understanding with a strategic consulting approach, strong communication, and an entrepreneurial drive to build client relationships and develop new opportunities.

Requirements

• Strategic and consulting mindset, with strong structured thinking, problem-solving, and solution-development skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication, including strong presentation development and slide-writing capability
• Commercial acumen and a strong business development orientation, with the ability to initiate conversations, develop ideas, and support opportunity conversion
• Ability to engage confidently with stakeholders, build long-term relationships, and communicate complex topics clearly
• Broad sustainability experience across Energy and Industrials, with the ability to connect technical issues to business priorities
• Entrepreneurial spirit, personal accountability, and motivation to help grow the business and build a successful team
• Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
• Strong analytical, quantitative, research, and report-writing skills.
