Financial Planning & Strategy Lead - Academy

Job description

Leadership role driving financial strategy, planning, and performance management for educational initiatives. Coordinates annual budget development, tracks strategic initiatives for board reporting, and manages risk and audit compliance. Provides high‑level project management for new initiatives, develops long‑range revenue forecasts, and oversees policy and procedure framework for operational excellence. Designs and produces performance, cost‑benefit, and revenue reports with insights and recommendations. Leads budgeting with program managers, creates multi‑year revenue projections, monitors financial execution, prepares regular progress reports for board and senior management, ensures timely closure of risk and audit observations, and manages the master event calendar and annual HR‑finance cycles

Requirements

• bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration or related field
• MBA preferred
• 4+ years experience in financial planning, analysis and strategy
