Job description

Analyze complex data sets to deliver actionable insights that support business strategy and decision-making. Collect, process, and analyze data from diverse sources to identify trends and patterns. Create and maintain dashboards and reports to visualize data and communicate results effectively. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and provide analytical support. Model data using statistical methods to forecast future trends. Develop and implement data collection and analysis methodologies. Perform ad-hoc analyses as requested to inform business decisions. Stay current with industry trends and best practices in data analytics. Train team members on analysis tools and techniques to boost data literacy across the organization

Requirements

• Experience with data visualization tools
• Knowledge of data governance principles and practices is a plus
• Excel
• SQL databases
• Power BI
• Tableau
• Effective communication
• Attention to detail
• More than 5 years experience
• AI and Generative AI experience is a MUST
• Proven experience as a Data Analytics Specialist
• Strong proficiency in data analysis tools and programming languages such as SQL, Python, or R
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication skills to convey complex insights to non‑technical stakeholders
• Ability to work independently and in a fast‑paced team environment
• Familiarity with statistical analysis and modeling techniques
