Risk Manager

Job description

The Risk Manager at the employer will strengthen project delivery in line with Vision 2030. He/she identifies, assesses, and mitigates risks across diverse infrastructure projects. Establishes a comprehensive risk management framework; conducts detailed risk assessments; collaborates with project teams to develop mitigation strategies; regularly updates risk registers; prepares risk reports for senior management; promotes risk‑awareness culture through workshops and training; monitors industry trends and compliance standards

Requirements

• Proficient in establishing a comprehensive risk management framework
• Proficient in conducting detailed risk assessments
• Knowledge of developing and executing risk mitigation strategies
• Proficient in updating risk registers
• Proficient in preparing and presenting risk management reports
• Proficient in facilitating workshops and training programs to raise risk awareness
• Continuous knowledge of industry trends and standards
• Proficient with risk management software tools
• Bachelor's degree in Risk Management, Civil Engineering, Business Administration or related field
• 15 years experience in risk management within infrastructure or construction sectors
• Exceptional analytical, problem‑solving, and critical thinking skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Relevant risk management certifications such as PMI‑RMP or CRM highly desirable
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively in a fast‑paced environment
