As a Business Analyst, you will analyze business processes, identify improvement areas, and recommend solutions aligned with strategic goals. Responsibilities include thorough analysis of processes and systems, gathering and documenting requirements with stakeholders, developing business process models and diagrams, analyzing data for trends, facilitating communication between technical and non‑technical teams, supporting implementation and testing of new systems, and evaluating technology solutions. EA experience is preferred

• Excel
• SAP
• strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
• working knowledge of Enterprise Architecture concepts and frameworks
• excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• ability to work independently and collaboratively
• proficiency in data analysis and modeling software tools
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems or related field
• TOGAF certificate is a plus
