Technology Consulting Specialist

Job description

The Technology Consulting Specialist supports IT customers' educational needs and designs training materials. Analyzes client business processes and technology infrastructure to identify improvement opportunities. Designs, develops, customizes, and maintains training resources and tests training environments, including creating simulated data and replicating external systems. Manages the catalogue of learning activities and coordinates schedules with training providers. Develops technology strategies and roadmaps aligned with client goals. Provides guidance on digital transformation initiatives such as AI, cloud computing, IoT, and big data analytics. Assists clients in evaluating and selecting appropriate technology solutions and collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project implementation. Delivers training and support to ensure adoption of new technologies and stays updated on emerging trends
