ICS Network Engineer

Responsibilities: implement new and enhanced network technology in line with documented standards and strategic direction for enterprise and remote site connectivity; learn and comply with Air Products standards for global network infrastructure including wireless, LAN and SD‑WAN; collaborate with Enterprise Security, Architects and Network Engineering teams to apply high‑level designs; execute engineering efforts to ensure currency and supportability of networking technology; provide network support for escalations; work with external service providers to troubleshoot and commission WAN technologies; participate in Cyber SAT, Integrated SAT and last planner exercises; meet service level commitments for incidents and deployments; configure and commission ICS network hardware

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or related experience
• experience with current LAN, WAN and SD‑WAN networking routing and switching systems
• applied industry certifications or 5 years equivalent work experience in a network engineering role
• strong verbal and written communication skills to articulate technical concepts
• physical access to applicable KSA Air Products locations
• strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities
• ability to work effectively in global cross‑organizational teams
• meticulous attention to technical details
• ability to work with strategic vendors, external service/support providers and third‑party suppliers
• strong working knowledge of DNS, DHCP and IP address management
• extraordinary ability to manage field deployment scope, planning, project management and coordination
• ability to recognize and communicate risks and provide mitigation recommendations
• intermediate skill configuring network devices using CLI and portal/platform tools
• intermediate scripting skills in PowerShell, Python and Linux
• intermediate troubleshooting using Wireshark and vendor portals
• ability to interpret design diagrams and document basic network infrastructure using Visio
• basic understanding of ITIL processes and lifecycle management.
