NGHP IT/DT Cyber Security Leader

Job description

At Air Products, the leader drives and executes cybersecurity activities on site. Coordinates cyber site acceptance testing, cyber hygiene, readiness reviews, proof‑of‑compliance documentation, and closure of gaps. Serves as the site‑based coordination point between DT, OT/ICS, project management, vendors, and NGHC stakeholders. Provides daily direction to cybersecurity engineers and external partners for implementation, testing, documentation, and evidence collection. Ensures activities align with project schedule, commissioning priorities, start‑up needs, and compliance milestones. Supports compliance with Saudi regulations such as NCA ECC, NCA OTCC, and HCIS/SAIS permits. Collects, organizes, and reviews proof‑of‑compliance documents, and coordinates with NGHC for evidence review and comment resolution. Interfaces regularly with OT/ICS, DT, NGHC, and other stakeholders to align execution, risks, and decisions, and reports status to senior management. Manages external vendors, tracks deliverables, and ensures they meet Air Products, NGHC, NCA, and HCIS requirements. Integrates cybersecurity with DT infrastructure and OT systems to ensure site readiness and handover documentation

Requirements

• Strong understanding of KSA cybersecurity regulations and expectations, including NCA and HCIS requirements
• understanding of contractual cybersecurity obligations between Air Products/APEPC and NGHC
• experience leading OT/ICS cybersecurity activities in industrial, energy, chemical, utility, or critical infrastructure projects
• experience with cyber site acceptance testing, proof‑of‑compliance documentation, regulatory evidence collection, risk assessment closure, and audit readiness
• ability to manage multiple concurrent priorities across project execution, stakeholder coordination, regulatory compliance, vendor management, and site readiness
• strong written and verbal communication skills in English
• ability to communicate effectively with senior management while directing day‑to‑day site work
• strong stakeholder management across project, engineering, cybersecurity, operations, vendors, and external organizations
• familiarity with OT/ICS security principles including segmentation, industrial DMZs, secure remote access, access control, hardening, monitoring, and incident readiness
• ability to operate in a complex multi‑party environment involving Air Products, NGHC, PDO, DT, EPC contractors, vendors, and regulators.
