Job description

The role focuses on meeting IT customers' educational needs and designing training materials. Analyzes client business processes and technology infrastructure to identify improvement opportunities. Designs, creates, develops, customizes and maintains training materials and simulated training environments, including test data and system replication. Maintains and promotes the IT learning catalogue and coordinates facilities and schedules with learning providers. Develops technology strategies and roadmaps aligned with client goals. Provides guidance on digital transformation initiatives such as AI, cloud computing, IoT, and big data analytics. Assists clients in evaluating and selecting appropriate technology solutions. Collaborates with cross‑functional teams to ensure successful project implementation. Delivers training and support to ensure adoption of new technologies. Stays updated on emerging technology trends and shares knowledge with clients and internal teams
