SAP Finance and Procurement Track Lead

Role: spearhead finance and procurement-focused SAP projects, ensure seamless integration and optimization of SAP solutions, guide the team through design, implementation, and support, and collaborate with stakeholders to meet project objectives and deliverables

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology or related field
• create and execute detailed FICO track plan
• ensure project milestones are met and deliverables completed on time
• review key deliverables
• communicate track status updates
• develop and maintain documentation including plans, risk logs and status reports
• challenge implementation team in solution design and task durations
• manage integration areas with other streams
• minimum of 10 years experience in SAP Finance (FI) and Procurement (MM) modules, with at least 5 years in leadership or project management role
• proven expertise in implementing and managing SAP Financial and Procurement solutions
• strong knowledge of financial processes, procurement functions and best practices within SAP
• experience leading cross-functional teams and delivering successful project outcomes
• excellent project management skills including planning, execution and risk management
• strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities
• outstanding communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with clients and team members
• ability to manage client relationships and ensure satisfaction throughout project lifecycle
• relevant SAP certifications preferred
• up‑to‑date knowledge of SAP technologies and industry trends
• experience with change management and user training initiatives is a plus.
