Müller's Solutions is seeking a Data Strategist to join an innovative team. The role involves developing and implementing data strategies aligned with client business objectives, maximizing data asset value, and driving data‑driven decision‑making across the organization. The Data Strategist will collaborate with stakeholders to ensure data initiatives support overall business strategy and deliver actionable insights. Responsibilities: develop comprehensive data strategies aligned with organizational goals; collaborate with cross‑functional teams to identify data analytics opportunities for performance improvement; conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform strategy; establish KPIs and metrics to measure data initiative effectiveness; provide insights and recommendations based on analysis; oversee implementation of data‑driven projects; evaluate and recommend tools for data collection, storage, and analysis; stay abreast of industry trends and best practices; train stakeholders on the importance of data strategy in decision‑making

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Data Science or related field
• Master's degree preferred
• at least 10 years experience in data strategy, architecture or management
• proficiency with database management and analysis tools such as SQL, Tableau, Power BI
• strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with a strategic mindset
• excellent communication and presentation skills to convey complex data concepts
• ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple projects
• knowledge of industry trends and best practices in data strategy and analytics
• experience developing and implementing data governance practices is a plus
