SAP Testing Team Lead

Job description

Lead the testing team at Müller's Solutions to ensure verification of solution design, changes, and system modifications. Define test approach/strategy, test plans, and scripts, summarize QA metrics on defects, review QA and UAT test scripts, and plan UAT testing. Manage UAT and system testing functions, communicate effectively with project managers, business stakeholders, developers, architects, and BA's to prioritize quality. Define, review, and implement test strategy and quality processes, review test plans and cases, and produce detailed estimates and test requirements. Ensure test documentation traceability, maintain high‑standard test collateral, track the overall test project plan, monitor risks/issues and resolve them with the project team. Manage test resource allocation, coach the test team, and prepare post‑project review documentation

Requirements

• Graduate or Postgraduate degree in Computer Science
• minimum 8 years of relevant experience, including at least 4 years in a similar role
• experience with HP Quality Centre on at least 3 projects, especially Unified Functional Testing
• proven track record delivering test management services using industry‑standard methodologies
• Project Management certification is a plus
• experience selecting, implementing, and managing testing tools
• practical experience delivering testing solutions and collaborating with other teams to meet business requirements
• ability to align testing methods and governance with PMO and IT functions
• experience building and sustaining strategic internal and external relationships with strong influencing skills
• capability to coach technical skill development in others
• proficiency in written and spoken English and Arabic
• ability to deliver training sessions
• capacity to work under tight timelines
• practical understanding of technology as an enabler
• proven ability to work efficiently in a diverse team environment.
