SAP Business Analyst

Job description

The SAP Business Analyst role focuses on gathering and documenting business requirements, mapping business processes, performing application testing, conducting end‑user training, and troubleshooting existing applications. Represents AEC professionally in a diverse work environment. Participates in cross‑functional team meetings to design and implement business solutions and improve operational efficiency. Conducts impact assessments of ERP products and other applications, upgrades, and modifications across functional areas. Assists in analyzing and redesigning business processes within the assigned domain. Documents business functions and processes using standard templates. Writes requirement specifications for enhancements, upgrades, and legacy functions. Coordinates with other application areas to address interdependencies and resolve issues. Oversees post‑implementation reviews and monitors business applications. Engages in the Change Request process to document, test, and validate modifications to ERP and other applications. Maintains confidentiality of information at all times. Builds effective and productive relationships with customers and team members

Requirements

• Experience with Software Development Life
• Arabic language
• Maintaining confidentiality
• Minimum 2-3 years experience in a similar role
• Graduate or postgraduate degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems or equivalent field
• SAP or Oracle certification is a plus
• Proficiency in English and Arabic
