SAP Infrastructure Manager

Job description

Leads the infrastructure services team at Müller's Solutions. Responsible for designing, building, and maintaining server and network infrastructure and providing operational support for SAP systems. Coordinates with engineers and developers to determine provisioning, configuration, and protocol and security support. Ensures stability of infrastructure with the launch of new products and services. Develops and trains staff and seeks to improve processes and procedures to deliver excellent service. Creates, documents, and implements daily operational processes and new service integrations. Monitors alerts and tickets to ensure timely completion of tasks. Submits improvement recommendations to senior management and achieves required service levels. Provides technical guidance to ensure service availability and efficiency. Analyzes business requirements by evaluating technical options and products. Submits incident trend reports to implement improvements that prevent future problems. Collaborates with service providers to improve user experience. Manages major outages according to ITIL processes until resolution. Shares knowledge through presentations. Has a comprehensive understanding of infrastructure technologies including systems, storage, virtualization, networks, diverse devices, and information security, and works as a specialized system administrator to provide escalated support
