SAP Technical Lead (NetWeaver / Basis)

Job description

Leads the SAP technical team and oversees administration and operation of SAP solutions. Provides consistent technical guidance aligned with standards and collaborates with functional and technical designers to deliver high‑quality solutions. Handles all aspects of NetWeaver administration including system installations, upgrades, troubleshooting, database management, client copies, system refreshes, SAP instance configuration, and performance optimization. Participates in transition from implementation to production, develops comprehensive documentation for system administration, development processes, and operational guidelines, ensures compliance with standards and quality assurance procedures. Manages incidents, maintains system integrity and architecture, and leads design, development, testing, and implementation of technology solutions with possible after‑hours support

Requirements

• experience with NetWeaver and Basis
• proficient in engaging with NetWeaver team to establish a suitable security model for enhancements or modifications
• knowledge of current SAP security model
