Network Monitoring Analyst (ACI/F5 L1)

Job description

Join Müller's Solutions to support network infrastructure in Saudi Arabia. Provide Level 1 support for the SEC Data Center and Cloud Networks focusing on Cisco ACI and F5 load balancing. Work on an 8x5 schedule with on‑call duties. Monitor network performance and health, perform initial fault management, log incidents and escalate to senior teams. Collaborate with engineering to deploy and manage network configurations and policies. Analyze traffic and performance metrics to improve functionality. Document network operations, incidents, and resolutions for compliance. Support network security by monitoring potential threats. Stay updated on best practices and technologies for application networking and monitoring. Actively monitor ACI and F5 alarms, isolate issues, restore services, and send notifications. Log identified issues and follow SOPs for remediation. Create, assign, and resolve daily Level 1 incidents and document known fault types in the knowledge base. Adhere to fault/incident management, performance monitoring, and change control processes. Work closely with the monitoring tools team to optimize alarms. Communicate complex issues and escalate to Level 2/3 engineers

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT or related field
• 1-2 years experience in network monitoring or support
• proficiency with Cisco ACI and F5
• ability to work 8x5 and provide on‑call support
• strong attention to detail and follow SOPs
• excellent communication for escalation and team collaboration
• good documentation skills
• basic understanding of TCP/IP and application delivery
• familiarity with network monitoring
