Job description

the employer is seeking Mid‑Senior Mining Professionals for Riyadh. Lead or support safe, efficient mining and processing operations in surface or underground settings. Strengthen HSE performance through risk assessments, safe work systems, and incident prevention. Drive operational performance via production planning, KPI management, cost control, and continuous improvement. Provide technical input for mine planning, scheduling, drill‑and‑blast, geotechnical control, and ventilation as needed. Optimise processing plant throughput, recovery and product quality through troubleshooting and improvement projects. Oversee maintenance and reliability strategies for mobile and fixed assets, including shutdown planning. Manage contractors and service providers to ensure safe execution, quality delivery, and adherence to schedule and budget. Support project execution and operational readiness, including commissioning and change management. Build team capability through coaching, competency development, and structured performance management. Prepare clear reports for operational leadership, governance, and stakeholder decision‑making
