Job description

Technical support role for an IT department in a food sector company based in Riyadh. Provide technical assistance to employees and resolve technical issues. Monitor computers, printers and other IT equipment. Install software, operating systems and perform required updates. Diagnose technical faults and resolve them or escalate to specialized teams. Support company systems and networks and ensure their availability. Create and manage user accounts and permissions. Track technical requests and incidents and document them. Requirements

• Good knowledge of IT fundamentals and technical support
• ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues
• knowledge of Windows and Microsoft Office
• familiarity with basic networking, computers and printers
• strong communication skills with users
• ability to work under pressure and respond quickly
• punctuality and teamwork spirit
• proficiency in English is a plus
• prior experience in technical support or IT is preferred
