Steer the strategic direction of enterprise architecture at Müller's Solutions to align with corporate vision. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to create a robust architecture framework that supports growth, innovation, and operational excellence. Define the technology roadmap and evaluate emerging technologies to advance the organization. Assess current IT assets, identify gaps, and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Lead technical teams and foster a culture of collaboration and innovation across departments

Requirements

• Proficient in enterprise architecture frameworks like TOGAF or Zachman, with a strong understanding of various architectural methodologies
• Experience with emerging technologies, cloud computing, and digital transformation

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Extensive experience in enterprise architecture roles, including experience as a Chief Enterprise Architect or similar position
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities, with a focus on aligning technology initiatives with business strategies
• Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor technical teams in a fast-paced environment
