Job description

Design and implement comprehensive data architectures aligned with the organization’s strategic goals. Ensure high data quality and support analytics across departments. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to develop innovative data solutions that improve business processes. Responsibilities include: design, implement and manage complex data architectures; develop data models, database schemas and data flow diagrams; gather data requirements with analysts and stakeholders and translate them into architectural specifications; establish data governance policies and best practices; assess data quality and implement cleansing solutions; oversee data integration across systems ensuring seamless flow; optimize database performance and storage with IT teams; evaluate and adopt new technologies to enhance architecture; mentor junior data professionals; stay updated on data architecture trends

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field
• proven experience as a Data Architect or similar role
• familiarity with data governance frameworks and best practices
• proficient in SQL and experience with database management systems such as Oracle, SQL Server and MySQL
• solid understanding of data security principles
• analytical mindset with excellent problem‑solving skills
• strong communication and interpersonal skills
• ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• strong expertise in data modeling and database design
• experience with data integration tools and ETL processes
• proficiency in Excel.
