SAP SF Time Tracking Consultant

Job description

The consultant will focus on implementing and optimizing SAP SuccessFactors Time Tracking functionalities remotely. The role involves collaborating with clients to gather requirements, configure the system, and ensure seamless integration with existing HR processes. Responsibilities include delivering workshops and training for end‑users, supporting system testing and deployment, and providing ongoing support and issue resolution for time tracking

Requirements

• Up-to-date knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors trends and updates
• proficient in Excel
• effective communication skills
• time management ability
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology or related field
• minimum 4 years experience with SAP SuccessFactors, specifically Time Tracking/Time Management modules
• solid understanding of HR processes and time tracking functionalities within SAP SF
• experience gathering business requirements and translating them into technical specifications
• strong troubleshooting skills
• excellent communication to convey complex concepts clearly
• ability to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating effectively with team members
• relevant SAP certifications, particularly in SuccessFactors, are a plus
