SAP SF ECP Payroll Consultant(Remote)

Job description

Müller's Solutions is looking for a skilled consultant to implement and support SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll solutions for clients. The role involves leading implementation and configuration of SAP SFSF ECP to meet payroll requirements, collaborating with HR teams to understand processes, gathering and analyzing business requirements, conducting system testing, providing user training and support during rollout, troubleshooting payroll issues to ensure accurate and timely runs, staying updated on best practices and regulatory changes, maintaining documentation of configurations and procedures, and delivering ongoing support and enhancements

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology or related field
• minimum of 4 years experience with SAP SFSF ECP or related payroll systems
• in-depth knowledge of payroll processes and SAP best practices
• strong analytical skills to identify and resolve payroll discrepancies
• excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• ability to manage multiple tasks and projects under tight deadlines
• experience integrating ECP payroll with other HR modules preferred
• SAP SuccessFactors and ECP certifications are a plus
