Lead the SAP Application Operations team, overseeing support, incident management, and service requests. Ensure optimal system performance through monitoring, tuning, and capacity planning. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams for seamless application integration across business units. Enforce application governance and compliance with operational standards and security policies. Drive continuous improvement to enhance performance and user experience. Monitor performance metrics, proactively identify and resolve issues. Coordinate system upgrades, patches, and enhancements to maintain integrity. Develop and update process documentation and system configurations. Provide training and support to end‑users. Stay updated on SAP best practices and evaluate their relevance

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of SAP applications, tools, and methodologies
• Experience with system monitoring and performance tuning is a plus
• Excel
• Effective communication
• Compliance
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field
• 5+ years of experience in SAP application management or operations
• Proven experience in incident management and service delivery processes
• Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with technical and non‑technical stakeholders
• Certification in SAP Application Management advantageous
