Job description

Leads operations at TGP for food and beverage, develops concepts and provides consultancy for new branches. Develops and implements F&B strategies, manages budgets, and oversees daily operations to ensure customer satisfaction. Trains the team, monitors performance indicators, and maintains stakeholder and client relationships. Coordinates branding and ensures quality control. Manages F&B consultancy, designs and executes projects according to client scope, timelines, and resources. Reviews feasibility studies, CAPEX and OPEX costs, resolves client complaints, and makes strategic decisions. Coordinates with marketing, finance, and branding teams to align strategies. Improves processes and innovates solutions to boost guest satisfaction and revenue. Collects client feedback, conducts food tastings, and ensures service standards. Prepares workshop documents covering gap analysis, brand standards, performance evaluation, SWOT analysis, and operational recommendations
