the employer is seeking a Director of Business Solutions for Riyadh. The role involves Excel, project management, sales, stakeholder management, and 10 years of experience. The Director will lead delivery of high‑value, tailored business solutions and customization projects within the the employer industry. Acts as a bridge between clients, sales, and product/tech teams to design, deliver, and optimize solutions that meet client needs and strengthen long‑term relationships. Key responsibilities: lead scoping, planning and execution of client‑specific customization projects; collaborate with clients to understand requirements and translate them into actionable solutions; partner with product, technology and operations teams to ensure timely delivery; develop frameworks for scalable customization processes while maintaining client flexibility; oversee solution implementation ensuring quality, efficiency and alignment with business objectives; provide consultative support to sales during pre‑sales cycles; track and report project performance, ROI and client satisfaction; build and maintain strong client relationships to foster repeat business and upsell opportunities
