IT Trainee

Job description

The trainee provides technical support to users. Diagnoses and resolves technical issues. Performs hardware maintenance and follows up on device issues. Candidate is an IT or Computer Science student or fresh graduate. Has foundation in hardware, Windows, and networking basics. Background in cloud infrastructure fundamentals such as Microsoft Azure, AWS, or OCI. Understanding of infrastructure basics including servers, storage, and networking. Good command of English in reading, writing, and communication. Culture of growth and internal talent development. Continuous real‑time feedback and coaching. Supportive and collaborative environment. Space for all personalities with dedicated focus rooms. Flexible work option up to 6 work‑from‑home days per month

Requirements

• Professional IT certifications preferred (not mandatory)
• basic knowledge of laptop maintenance and repair, handling computers and printers, operating systems and technical troubleshooting
• willingness to learn and develop skills
• ability to work in a team and handle work pressure
• good IT troubleshooting skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
• fast learner with strong communication skills
