HVAC Section Head

Job description

Oversees all HVAC systems in the pharmaceutical plant to ensure reliable environmental control and GMP compliance. Manages operation and maintenance of AHUs, fans, and the central chiller system. Monitors performance via BMS/SCADA and optimizes energy efficiency. Ensures compliance with FDA, EMA, WHO and other regulations. Plans and supervises preventive and corrective maintenance, calibrates temperature, humidity and pressure. Leads energy conservation initiatives for chilled water systems and recommends upgrades. Develops the HVAC engineering and technician team, providing GMP training. Leads HVAC capital projects, ensuring timeline, budget and quality adherence. Maintains logs, prepares performance and compliance reports, and supports audits

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of cleanroom HVAC design
• proficiency in chilled water plants
• knowledge of HEPA filtration and GMP
• hands‑on experience with BMS systems
• proficiency with VFDs
• experience with chiller controls and HVAC automation
