Senior Generative AI Engineer

Job description

The role focuses on designing, developing, and deploying large‑scale generative AI solutions. Key responsibilities include designing, developing, and optimizing Generative AI solutions (LLMs, RAG systems, AI agents); fine‑tuning, evaluating, and deploying large language models for enterprise use cases; building and maintaining end‑to‑end AI pipelines from data ingestion to inference; implementing Retrieval‑Augmented Generation using vector databases; integrating GenAI solutions with existing systems via APIs and microservices; optimizing model performance, latency, and cost on cloud platforms (OCI, AWS, Azure, or GCP); collaborating with product, data, and engineering teams to translate business needs into AI solutions; ensuring compliance with security, governance, and responsible AI best practices; staying current with advancements in GenAI, LLMs, and AI tooling

Requirements

• deep expertise in modern AI architectures
• strong experience with Large Language Models (LLMs)
• hands‑on experience with Python and AI/ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow)
• experience with RAG architectures and vector databases (FAISS, OpenSearch, Pinecone, etc)
• proficiency in Excel
• proficiency in Java
• knowledge of AWS cloud
• knowledge of Azure cloud
• proficiency in artificial intelligence
• minimum 5 years of professional experience in AI/Machine Learning
• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field
