The Senior Manager, IT Business Relationship Management - Real Estate acts as a strategic partner and liaison between real estate business units and internal/external stakeholders. Responsible for delivering value, fostering collaboration, and meeting business objectives through effective relationship management, strategic planning, and operational excellence. Key responsibilities include: serving as the primary contact between real estate units and support functions such as IT, finance, and procurement; collaborating with senior leaders to align real estate strategies with organizational goals and create value; breaking down silos to enhance cross‑functional effectiveness and set strategic direction; building strong relationships with internal and external clients, vendors, and partners and providing tailored solutions for high satisfaction; advocating for the business unit to ensure its needs are understood by support teams; overseeing real estate project delivery to meet requirements, timelines, and budgets; coordinating with project managers, technical teams, and vendors to resolve issues and drive success; monitoring and reporting project progress, risks, and outcomes; conducting market research to identify trends, opportunities, and risks and offering strategic advice; identifying opportunities for process optimization, digital transformation, and innovation; leading initiatives to implement best practices and new technologies; ensuring compliance with organizational policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards and maintaining documentation, contracts, and service level agreements
