Job description

The Tech Lead role involves guiding talented engineers, shaping technical architecture, and driving the development of AI-powered platforms and fintech applications. Key responsibilities: lead design, development, and deployment of high‑performance web applications; hands‑on contribution for complex features or critical fixes; mentor and support software engineers; collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and designers; enforce high standards for code quality, testing, and documentation; architect full‑stack solutions using Next.js and Node.js; design and optimize PostgreSQL schemas and queries; implement clean, responsive UI with Tailwind CSS; (preferred) integrate AI/ML features using Python; stay updated on modern development trends, AI technologies, and fintech innovations
