Heat Exchanger Technician

Job description

Responsible for manufacturing, assembling, testing and maintaining heat exchangers. Ensures all units meet quality standards, design specifications and safety requirements. Fabricates, assembles and installs heat exchangers according to engineering drawings. Operates and maintains manufacturing equipment such as welding machines, bending machines and cutting tools. Performs inspection and testing of components to ensure compliance with standards. Troubleshoots issues, conducts preventive maintenance and collaborates with design and production teams. Maintains accurate records of processes, materials and results. Adheres to safety policies and ASME and API standards

Requirements

• Hands‑on experience with welding (TIG, MIG, SMAW) and metal fabrication
• Knowledge of safety procedures and PPE compliance in fabrication environments
