Purchasing & Logistics Officer

Job description

Hands‑on operational role requiring daily follow‑up with suppliers, shipping companies, and internal teams. Manages the full product cycle from supplier to warehouse and branches, covering procurement, shipping, customs clearance, inventory entry, and distribution. Key duties: source products and liaise with suppliers and factories; request quotations, negotiate prices, and create Purchase Orders; follow up on production and order readiness; coordinate with freight forwarders and shipping companies; handle customs clearance with brokers; ensure all shipping documents are complete (invoice, packing list, HS code); track shipments until arrival and resolve delays; receive goods and verify quantity and quality; perform GRPO and create product SKUs in the system; monitor warehouse and branch inventory levels; replenish branches based on demand and stock; analyze stock movement (fast/slow/dead) and support reorder planning using sales data; monitor days of inventory and stock coverage; raise alerts for low or excess stock
