Emerging Technologies Support Specialist

Job description

You will provide technical support to clients using emerging technologies such as AI, IoT, and blockchain solutions. Interact with clients and internal teams to resolve issues and ensure effective implementation of solutions. Leverage technical knowledge to help clients understand and optimize technology applications and support cutting‑edge tools and platforms. Responsibilities include providing technical support; troubleshooting and resolving technical problems; collaborating with internal teams to document common issues and resolutions; conducting training sessions and webinars for clients; staying updated on the latest advancements in emerging technologies; assisting in creating user guides, FAQs and documentation; UI/UX testing

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field
• 2-4 years of experience in technical support or similar role
• proficiency with artificial intelligence, IoT and blockchain technologies
• strong problem‑solving skills to diagnose and resolve technical issues
• excellent written and verbal communication skills
• ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
• experience with technology support tools and platforms
• basic knowledge of programming or scripting languages
• certifications in relevant emerging technologies
