Join Müller's Solutions as an SAP Basis Lead Consultant to ensure optimal performance and stability of client SAP environments. Lead a team of SAP Basis consultants, providing strategic guidance and hands‑on expertise for complex SAP landscapes. Oversee installation, configuration, and administration of SAP systems in development and production. Lead performance tuning, capacity planning, and database optimization. Monitor system health and proactively resolve issues to maintain high availability and reliability. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define requirements and implement effective solutions. Manage upgrades, migrations, and patches while minimizing disruption. Mentor junior consultants and promote knowledge sharing and professional growth. Maintain comprehensive documentation of configurations and procedures. Stay updated on latest SAP technologies and apply best practices. Provide on‑call support as needed

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field
• Minimum 7 years experience in SAP Basis administration with at least 3 years in a lead or senior consultant role
• Extensive knowledge of SAP installations, upgrades, migrations and troubleshooting
• Proficiency with SAP HANA, S/4HANA and cloud‑based SAP solutions preferred
• Proficiency in database systems such as Oracle, SQL Server and operating systems like Linux, Windows
• Proven ability to lead and manage teams fostering a collaborative environment
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
• Effective communication skills for client and stakeholder interaction
• Industry‑recognized SAP certifications (e.g., SAP Certified Technology Associate) desirable
• Proven track record of delivering SAP Basis projects on time and within budget.
