Senior Finance Professional

Job description

We are recruiting experienced finance professionals for a variety of client opportunities across Saudi Arabia. The role covers multiple disciplines such as financial accounting, management accounting, FP&A, commercial finance, and financial control. Responsibilities include preparing and reviewing monthly management accounts, managing budgeting, forecasting and financial planning, conducting financial and variance analysis, overseeing general ledger and month‑end close, providing financial insights for strategic and commercial decisions, ensuring compliance with IFRS and internal controls, coordinating with auditors and tax advisors, improving financial processes and reporting accuracy, and mentoring or managing junior finance staff

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or related field
• 5–10+ years progressive experience in finance or accounting roles
• strong working knowledge of IFRS
• experience with budgeting, forecasting and management reporting
• advanced Excel skills
• ERP experience (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Dynamics, etc.)
• strong communication skills and ability to work with senior stakeholders
• CPA, ACCA, CA, CIMA, SOCPA or equivalent professional qualification
• leadership potential and readiness for increased responsibility
