Job description

As a Business Analysis Expert at Müller's Solutions you will lead complex analysis initiatives. You will gather, analyze and document business requirements. You will provide strategic insights to improve processes and systems. You will collaborate with stakeholders at all levels to translate business needs into actionable solutions. You will develop comprehensive business process documentation including workflow diagrams and process maps. You will facilitate workshops and meetings to achieve stakeholder consensus. You will support project teams throughout all phases from initiation to implementation. You will monitor industry trends and best practices to recommend improvements

Requirements

• Expert knowledge of business analysis methodologies and tools
• strong analytical and critical thinking skills
• experience with process modeling and documentation tools
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems or related field
• Master's degree is a plus
• relevant certifications such as CBAP or CCBA are highly desirable
