IT Asset Management Analyst

Job description

the employer is seeking an IT Asset Management Analyst for the Eastern Province. The role is responsible for maintaining technology asset lifecycle information, including custodian, warranty, and status. Manages full lifecycle of assets from acquisition to inventory, utilization, and disposal. Oversees receiving, tagging, tracking, loaning, repairing, and disposal processes. Maintains accurate records in the asset management system. Conducts physical and system inventory audits, analyzes variances, and ensures data accuracy. Coordinates acquisition, storage, movement, and disposal with internal and external stakeholders. Prepares asset reports and dashboards, supports process improvements and governance, and stays updated on industry best practices

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in data analytics and reporting
• Strong knowledge of SAP, IT asset management processes, and supporting technologies
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Proficient in data analysis
• Effective communication skills
• Process improvement expertise
• Asset management expertise
• Quality control expertise
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field
• Advanced Excel and data analysis/reporting skills
• Good English communication skills
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Relevant certifications such as Certified IT Asset Manager (CITAM) or ITIL are a plus.
